1. Introduction
Welcome to Haulix, operated by Pride Car Shipping Inc, DBA Haulix Inc. These Terms govern your use of the Haulix platform.
Users must maintain a valid, accurate, and verified email address to receive legal notices.
By using Haulix, you agree to these Terms AND to the Haulix Privacy Policy.
The Haulix Privacy Policy is incorporated into and made part of these Terms of Service. By using the Service, you agree to the collection, use, and processing of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.
2. Broker Disclosure & FMCSA Compliance
Haulix is a transportation broker, not a carrier. All transport is performed by independent FMCSA-licensed carriers.
3. User Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information and maintain a verified email address
- Stay reachable during the shipment process
- Inspect the vehicle, document condition, and sign the bill of lading (BOL)
- Confirm carrier identity before handoff
4. Posting an Order & Offers
We do not guarantee offer volume, pricing, or carrier acceptance.
5. Accepting an Offer & Deposit Payment
A deposit becomes NON-REFUNDABLE once the order reaches Assigned Carrier status.
Exception: If the assigned carrier cancels, the deposit is refunded.
6. Carrier Information
Carrier details are provided after booking.
7. Status Updates, Pickup & Delivery
The customer must verify carrier identity and document vehicle condition via the bill of lading (BOL).
8. Privacy & Data Sharing
See the Haulix Privacy Policy for details on data use and sharing.
9. Consent to Communications (TCPA)
You consent to receive SMS messages, phone calls (including automated), emails, and notifications.
10. Damage Liability
Claims must be filed with the carrier's insurance. Haulix is not liable for damage.
11. Additional Customer Costs
Haulix is not responsible for storage fees, delays, or consequential damages.
12. Personal Items in Vehicle
Personal items are not allowed in the vehicle and are not insured.
13. Cancellations
The deposit is non-refundable after Assigned Carrier status unless the carrier cancels.
14. Arbitration
Disputes are subject to binding arbitration in Delaware.
15. Governing Law
Delaware law governs. State courts apply only if arbitration is unavailable.
16. Updates to Terms
We may update these Terms. Continued use after updates signifies acceptance.
By using Haulix, you consent to the processing of your personal information as outlined in the Privacy Policy.
You agree that updates to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy may be delivered to your verified email address. Maintaining a verified and accessible email address is required.
17. Acceptance of Terms
Using Haulix signifies agreement to these Terms and the incorporated Privacy Policy.
